PROJECT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

 

Alliance Cinema does not accept unsolicited materials.

 

Any materials submitted without prior written authorization will be deleted without review.

For projects that have been invited or expressly authorized for submission, please ensure that the following requirements are met:

 

 

FEATURE FILMS

• Professional Pitch Deck presenting the project's key creative, commercial, and financial elements

• Completed Screenplay

• Firmly Attached Lead Cast, including at least one internationally recognized, bankable actor in a principal role

• Firmly Attached Director with a demonstrated track record relevant to the project's genre, scope, and budget

• Clear Chain of Title (COT) controlled by the submitting party

• Bankable International Sales Estimates

• A minimum of three bankable international pre-sales

TELEVISION SERIES

​

• Professional Pitch Deck / Series Bible presenting the project's key creative, commercial, and financial elements

• Completed Pilot Script

• Firmly Attached Showrunner with a demonstrated track record relevant to the project's genre and scope

• Clear Chain of Title (COT) controlled by the submitting party

• Bankable U.S. Distribution, Network, or Platform Commitment

SUBMISSION POLICY

Due to the volume of inquiries received, Alliance Cinema is unable to review or respond to submissions that are incomplete or do not satisfy the requirements outlined above.

Submission of materials does not constitute acceptance of a project for consideration and does not obligate Alliance Cinema to review, evaluate, respond to, develop, finance, produce, acquire, distribute, or otherwise become involved with any submitted project.

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

All materials are submitted voluntarily and at the sole risk of the submitting party. The submitting party assumes full responsibility for the submission and represents and warrants that they possess all rights and authority necessary to submit the materials and that such submission does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alliance Cinema, LLC, its affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and partners shall have no responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the submission, receipt, review, handling, retention, deletion, loss, or use of any submitted materials.

Alliance Cinema and its affiliates are continuously developing, acquiring, financing, producing, and evaluating a broad range of scripted and unscripted film and television projects. As a result, submitted materials may contain ideas, concepts, themes, characters, plots, storylines, formats, settings, or other elements that are identical or similar to projects independently created, previously received, currently under development, or subsequently developed or acquired by Alliance Cinema or third parties.

The submitting party acknowledges that similarity between submitted materials and any past, present, or future Alliance Cinema project shall not, by itself, give rise to any claim, obligation, compensation, credit, or liability.

Submission of any materials does not create a confidential, fiduciary, contractual, agency, partnership, or other relationship between the submitting party and Alliance Cinema, nor does it create any obligation to compensate the submitting party unless expressly agreed upon in a separate written agreement executed by Alliance Cinema.

By submitting materials to Alliance Cinema, the submitting party acknowledges and accepts these submission guidelines and conditions.
