Executive Producer | Entertainment Finance Specialist | 

Jeanette B. Milio is an entertainment finance executive and producer with more than 25 years of experience structuring, financing, producing, and distributing film and television projects in the United States and internationally. She has overseen the development, financing, and production of more than 50 projects representing over $300 million in production volume.

Ms. Milio is a producer of feature films and television projects featuring Academy Award®-winning and Academy Award®-nominated talent, with productions distributed globally by leading studios, broadcasters, and streaming platforms. Her work has involved collaborations with major industry participants including Paramount, Sony Pictures, Lionsgate, Warner Bros., Paramount, HBO, ABC/Disney, Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV+, and National Geographic.

As CEO of Alliance Cinema, Ms. Milio specializes in equity financing, debt structuring, production incentives, collection account management, and distribution-driven financing strategies. Through Alliance Cinema, she has participated in financing and advisory activities supporting productions with budgets ranging from independent features to studio-level projects.

Selected feature film credits include 13, starring Jason Statham, Mickey Rourke, Michael Shannon, and 50 Cent; The Experiment, starring Academy Award® winners Adrien Brody and Forest Whitaker; Dark Tide, starring Academy Award® winner Halle Berry; and Timeshare, starring Timothy Dalton and Nastassja Kinski.

Her current projects include Speed-the-Plow, working with Pulitzer Prize-winning and Academy Award®-nominated writer and filmmaker David Mamet and its lead cast,  Academy Award® nominee Sharon Stone, Emmy Award® winner Ben Mendelsohn, Anthony Mackie and Emily Alyn Lind.

She also signed on the high-budget fantasy feature Wars of the Drakons, produced by Academy Award®-winning producer Barrie M. Osborne, whose credits include The Lord of the Rings trilogy, The Matrix and The Great Gatsby.

Ms. Milio is also the author of Entertainment Finance Today, a practical guide to financing, producing, distributing, and recouping motion pictures in today's marketplace. The book serves as a reference for producers, investors, financiers, educators, and industry professionals navigating modern film finance, distribution, and risk-mitigation strategies.

She advises producers, financiers, lenders, and investors on project packaging, finance plans, risk mitigation, and content library strategies. Her expertise includes international co-productions, sales-based financing, tax incentive monetization, lender relations, distribution structuring, and investor protections for commercially focused film and television projects.

Mr. Milio has created and produced content for major studios, networks, and platforms including Paramount Pictures, CBS, ABC/Disney, A&E, Discovery, History Channel, National Geographic, TLC, and others. His work has earned multiple People's Choice Awards and Emmy Award nominations.

As a producer, storyteller, and showrunner, Mr. Milio specializes in developing audience-driven entertainment with strong commercial potential, international marketability, and franchise expansion opportunities across film, television, and emerging media platforms.

European Academy Award-winning director, writer, and producer Frank Wegerhoff brings more than three decades of experience in film and television production.

 

Since beginning his career in 1989, he has produced and directed more than 40 television programs, representing over €85 million in production volume, for some of Europe’s leading broadcasters, including RTL, ARD/WDR, ZDF, RTL II, VOX, and Kabel Eins.

Since 2015, Frank has been an integral part of Alliance Cinema’s development and production team, overseeing the company’s scripted and unscripted productions in Germany and supporting its expanding European production activities.

Managing Director, Film & Television Finance

Eric brings more than a decade of senior-level experience in private equity, fund management, investment structuring, and international transactions, having managed and co-managed funds representing more than €550 million in aggregate capital. His investment performance has placed funds under his management in the upper quartile of comparable funds by vintage and strategy.

At The Riverside Company, Eric co-managed the €325 million European Growth Fund, investing in companies across Europe and the United States with a focus on buy-and-build strategies, growth, and international expansion. Previously, as an entrepreneur and managing partner of an independent investment firm, he participated in prominent technology, media, telecommunications, and infrastructure transactions, including investments involving Canal+/CD and Telfort.

His experience spans the full investment cycle, including deal origination, due diligence, financial structuring, execution, portfolio management, and value creation across a broad range of industries.

Since 2010, Eric has played a key role in the financing of Alliance Cinema productions, bringing institutional investment expertise to the company’s entertainment financing activities.

At Alliance Cinema, he oversees production and slate financing strategies across the U.S. and Europe, supporting the structuring and capitalization of the company’s film and television portfolio.

Ulrike Kuntze

Head of European Production

 

Ulrike Kuntze brings more than three decades of experience in film and television development, production, programming, and content acquisition across the European entertainment industry.

She began her career in 1989 at RTL, one of Germany’s leading commercial television networks, working with the Head of Programming and managing both daytime and prime-time entertainment programming. She later transitioned into rights acquisition, where she focused on acquiring U.S. film and television content for the German market.

Ulrike subsequently expanded into scripted production, working as an Assistant Director on television series and movies for leading German broadcasters including ARD, ProSieben, and SAT.1. Her credits include Circle of Fear, starring Katja Flint, as well as five seasons of the German prime-time drama series Wildbach.

Since 2017, Ulrike has been an integral part of Alliance Cinema’s European development and production team, contributing to both scripted and unscripted projects.

At Alliance Cinema, she oversees film and television production activities across Europe, supporting projects from development through production.
