Alliance Cinema was founded in 2000 and has offices in the United States (Beverly Hills, California, and Wailea, Hawaii) and in Europe (Cologne, Germany, and Amsterdam, Netherlands).

 

The company is a production studio that finances, produces, and distributes scripted and non-scripted commercial film and television content.  

The team has been producing content globally, including in the United States, Europe, Australia, and Africa. 

The Alliance Cinema team has been involved in over 500 hours of film and television content, with a production volume exceeding $250 million to date, including Academy Award-winning talent in front of and behind the camera. Its content has been successfully distributed globally in over 180 countries through major studios, network stations, and streaming platforms including, Sony Pictures, Lionsgate Films, TLC, National Geographic, Discovery, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu. 

The team includes veteran producers and entertainment executives with a wide range of experience working on hundreds of hours of scripted and non-scripted content shot in the US, Europe, Australia, and Africa with budgets ranging from $1 to $25 million.

The team includes the founder Jeanette B. Milio (13, a thriller starring Jason Statham and Academy Award-winner Mickey Rourke, distributed by Paramount Vantage and Amazon Prime, The Experiment, a thriller starring Academy Award-winners Adrien Brody and Forrest Whitaker, distributed by Sony Pictures, Netflix and Apple TV, Dark Tide, a thriller starring Academy Award-winner Halle Berry, distributed by Lionsgate Films, etc.), and her business partner and husband Jim Milio (My Big Fat Greek Wedding, a comedy starring Nia Vardalos, distributed by HBO/ Warner, Rescue 911, a television series starring, distributed by CBS,  Dog Whisperer, a television series starring Cesar Millan, aired on the National Geographic Channel).

The Company's upcoming projects include elevated and high-concept scripted and non-scripted family-viewing (MPAA rating up to PG 13) film and television content, that is commercially viable and geared toward global distribution on all available distribution outlets and platforms.
